Your best bet would mostly likely be total runout. Total runout provides composite control of all surfaces elements. Runout tolerances may be applied to surfaces such as cylinders, cones, and other surfaces of revolution around a datum axis or to surfaces constructed at right angles to a datum axis.
Cylinders that are co-axial, share the same center-line, can be checked in a method similar to using a pair of centers and a height gauge. Set a axis line through the center cylinder and check the runout of the remaining cylinders to the axis line.
Runout tolerance is only used at RFS.
