What is the best method for including drawings, with the measured features shown, as part of a report? This request for "roadmaps" as our engineers refer to them, is essential for dealing with customers.

One method I've tried, is to create a local view within pcdmis, and then "pull out" the various features to show their location.
Next I would "screen capture to clipboard".
I would then paste this into a ".doc or .bmp" type of format. The result would be that features would become "blurred" into the feature boxes; making them difficult to read.

The second attempt was similar to the first, except that once the view was created with the required features, I would "screen capture to report". In doing so, I noticed the following,1. When I ran the program, it would slow down as it came to one of the "metafiles",2. None of the feature call outs showed up on the captured view within the actual report. 3. The part program file itself was extremely large as compared to others with a similar number of features.
This is no doubt due to the metafiles in the program.

Please forgive the lengthy request, but this is an extremely important for me to resolve.

I thank you all in advance.

Measurably Yours,
Zydeco Pete
