This problem has occurred with a small percentage of our customers and is very hardware specific. If anybody is experiencing this using version 2.0e of the CMM Driver the attached file should resolve it. To install this file
1. Rename c:\windows\system\lkcmm20e.dll as c:\windows\systemlkcmm20e.old
2. Copy the attached file to c:\windows\system
The above is for Win95. For WinNT substitute c:\winnt\system32 for c:\windows\system.
