ANybody out there familiar with QCT? We've installed several of their software packages in the last couple years. Recently, one of the installed boards was apparently struck by a power surge during a lightning storm. The good folks at QCT offered no assistance other than that they would send a new board after our customer wired them the money, wouldn't even accept a VISA number. Seems like a pretty shoddy way to treat a customer to me. Anybody else out there have any trouble with these guys?
