Hi Jay,

The VDE/VDI standard now has a new name. It has become an ISO standard- "ISO 10360-2:1994 - part 2: Performance Assessment of CMM's". You can get a copy from ASME (212) 642-4900 for $38.

As far as I know the CMMA standard is completely outdated.
