The TP 200 is super sensitive and any vibration can trigger a false hit. Check for tie wraps,cables, flexible couplings etc. or just about any thing that can rub or chafe against the covers ( or anywhere else ). Keep a hand on the machine as you move it around and be sensitive to any vibrations.
