We had set-up our systems on a network and gave the operators only access to read files. The only problem is that the LK-DMIS (32-bit) requires a backup file that is created in the same directory that the file resides.
Delete all games off of the system and reprimand anyone that is found to use the computer for anything other than that which it was purchased for. We had to delete paintbrush and other utility programs because the operators would accidentally modify the files. Call me if you need some more information.
