Hi our company has a Cordax 1810 CMM with DCC system, DirectInspect.

Its the biggest CMM we own, and sometimes we'd like to use it as a manual machine with hard probes, to knock out first article inspections for prototype sheet metal blanks.

We have a few hardprobes with the machine (purchased used) and believe it can be used manually but somehow the MP-3 unit needs to be "divorced" from the rest of the electronics temporarily, and we have not hit on the necessary trick.

Anybody out there know how?
