In Tutor for Windows general setup the mechanical offsets are listed that the DEA technician set on our machine. What exactly do these numbers refer to or depend upon. I cannot remember off-hand what ours are and I would like to know what they should be. The reason I ask is we are experiencing a problem with our PH9 indexing head. For some unknown reason, the head can't remember where "home" position is. When we try to home it, the head spins 180 degrees and tries to point up?? Can an incorrect offset value have anything to do with this problem? Any help would be appreciated.
