I think this again may be a Software Application issue more than a STANDARD issue. It is however a very good question since the Standard does not specifically say that a sensor MUST be selected in order to be calibrated. I think this may require an SIR in order to specifically address this issue.

If your sequence however is to 1st select and than calibrate, one would expect that sensor to be the active sensor for measurement according to the FUNCTION description of the major word SNSLCT/.
