We have been having problems with measuring diameters and concentricity with Starrett Rapid Check II CMM using Apogee Level II Software for several months. Factory representatives cannot seem to cure the problems we experience. Does this problem exist with other users?

We do not believe this is a GD&T problem we believe this is a Starrett problem.
