There is a front end module called the Universal Inspection Interface (UII) that will allow an administrator to set parameters, run video, sound files, and still pictures. All the "button pusher" sees is this front end and GEOMeasure runs in the background. You can set one parameter that would lock him out of GEOMeasure altogether virtually making every program secure.
