Topic: Control of offset plane surfaces

My turn for help.....

I have a part with an offset plane for my primary datum. How do I control the surface of the actual offset feature?? Do I use a profile callout and use the datum targets of my "zero" surfaces as my primary or do I use flatness relative to my offset plane features. I've never come across this before.
