My print calls for an alignment of 2 cylinders -B- and -C- perpendicular to -A-.

What would be the best way to go about this. I must have -C- offset -9.05mm to -B- and both cylinders perpendicular to -A- within 0.1mm. This is a brake pedal. The side of the pedal is -A-, the lower pivot tube is -B- and an upper stop pin is -C-. The part mates to the floor bracket and revolves at -B-.

My first attempt was to simply intersect the cylinders at -A- and then utilize two circles. With a -C- offset axis alignment -9.05 from -B-. It works but this is not to print.
