Mark,
If the PH10 has an emergency probe unlock I would assume that the probe calibration is now invalid. On my machine the PH10 has a shank that is held to the Z axis spindle by 4 set screws. If enough force is applied to get a probe unlock I've found that there is a good chance that the PH10's mounting spindle has twisted in the Z axis spindle, hence invalidating your probe calibration.
In practice if I have an unlock while I'm proving a program out I don't sweat it till I'm done. But I will re calibrate before I start taking real data.
