I realize that the original post was a while ago when we had good service from IMS.
Now that we are running into some software and hardware problems it has been rather troublesome getting any help here in Canada. When I request help from the States we only go around circles.
In summary last year I would have recommended IMS and Virtual DMIS to anyone but nowadays I have a real problem with this.
