I am continually attempting to understand the use of Modifiers related to True Position FCF's. I was presented with a good argument for the use of modifiers, but only on the feature and never on a primary, secondary or tertiary datums when applied to the example below.

If the part being inspected is only partial or part of a specific operation that doesn't include all features of the part, should modifiers be omitted from the included datums of the true position FCF?

What happens to the values of related features when modifiers have been established? (IE: from previous or post operations)
