So more or less the process doesn't match the print.
Something to consider, while still in the design stage review the part with manufacturing and consider dash numbers or separate part numbers for each process step. This would eliminate confusion with modifiers that may no longer/not yet apply. It would also make it easier for the estimator and accounting to attach a true value to the part as it's manufactured.
