I think I have figured it out. The change can not be made in LK DMIS because it reads the settings for the printer. The changes must be made in the properties of the printer. If you are using 8 1/2" x 11" individual sheets use the user defined paper size of 8 1/2" x 12". If you are using fan fold use the previously defined fan fold paper of 8 1/2" x 12". After you do this check the lines per sheet (Utilities, Configuration, More) in LK DMIS. 62 should be in the box for lines per page. This is what worked for me.
