Yes you can, and it's pretty easy. The picture needs to be a bitmap (.bmp format). Click on the 'User Instruction' icon under 'Reports' & key in ~B followed by the full path & file name of the bitmap (or you can just add that same code in between the @ signs in the actual prompt code). The picture will then be sent to the prompt monitor during program execution. You may have to maximize the monitor to see the entire picture though.
