I am a new user of LKDMIS looking for a better way of generating the code for measuring a diameter on an angle at a specific gage depth. (ex. 32.300-32.310 dia at .687 depth from datum plane -A- on a 36.457 degree angle) Programming offline from the B/P without benefit of an actual part I am doing the following: PROG mode/ define circle/ meas 12 points/ hand calculating the x,y,z and i,j,k / and typing, cutting, pasting, replacing, and typing some more. Can anybody suggest a better way? Can I utilize the software to calculate it for me? Would adding CAMIO help to calculate the points and vectors? Is there 3d vector generator software? ?
