Make sure you don't confuse. G-Scan is coming from the original romer, sold by AXILA in north america and under the name romer worldwide. You'd better post your messages under the AXILA forum if you are in the usa. The US romer, their ex rep, has no laser scanner, but connects with third party ones.
Concerning PC-DMIS, i understand that it can read xyz points under ascii. But can it read 1 or 2 millions easily and extract geometric features ?
