One of my co-workers took this drawing into her GD&T class for an example for working FCF's. She asked me to go over it and point a few things on the drawing. I have circled the feature and an FCF that I believe is wrong. Her instructor says it is acceptable.

The MMC modifier for the positional tolerance is not legal because it is to a basic dimension (R5) that has no profile FCF for it. The profile FCF was removed from the previous rev level (which was wrong) and the radius stayed a basic.

Interpretations please.
