I am going to do that as soon as I get CAD data but that is not going to help me in pulling up the intersects as shown on the drawing.

I can run the same part 4 times and every other part comes out good and usually within 0.2mm of the other good results. The kicker is that I can't get rid of that flyer on every other part.
