Well, here is the answer I received from B&S

How to Export a DMI or DMS file from PCDMIS
(A pure DMIS file)

1. Open program in PCDMIS

2. Click on File

3. Click on Export

4. A window with 3 panes will open, this is the EXPORT function window.
The left pane are all the files you can chose from.
The middle pane is where you want to save the Exported file to.
The right pane is the Data/file type to export.

5. Pick the file to export from the left pane.

6. Pick the folder you want to save to, in the middle pane.

7. Pick the DATA TYPE to export (DATA TYPE...this is where you pick DMI or DMS either is ok, it will export a DMIS file with these two extension.)

8. Find files, where you told it to save them in step 6

9. Send to your internal or external customer.

I Called customer service, so, it should be right.
Please correct me if it is wrong.

Thanks,
