Depends what "Match" means. DEA - Brown & Sharpe have the Global Reference that uses the TRAX head. This is a "fixed" probe (not rotational) that is pretty good @ 1.2 micron

Alternatively the Leitz PMMC will better / equal the Zeiss at sub-micron accuracy.
