I had a problem with Sheffield 1808-M Yesterday, with MP error massage 169 and 175.(Error 169 is unexpected end of travel; and 175 is Z-axis excessive bias fault). When we power up the MP, Z axis will not be able go up to its home position ( x and y axes are OK to their home positions). We checked motor,tach.,mother-board and every pieces on mother-board visually and electrically. They are ALL OK. Finally, we checked wire system from mother-board to motor and tach. it is OK.

We do not know what we should do next? Your advices on this matter are very appreciated.
