If you have the scan/plot option for Wincmes you can send CMES data directly to a connected HPGL plotter using the CMES 'PL' (plotting) commands.
As of CMES version 19.1 it is possible to send plot data to a file by selecting 'filename' as your plot device, PL,SE,filename
The file created will contain the raw HPGL.
