In order for the measured form to equal the flatness reporting you will need to change to the algorithms to Chebychev.

I have posted this concern in another forum about the use of algorithms for feature measurement. LSQ will give you the average of the measurements, Chebychev will give you the average between the highest and lowest of the measured points. When measuring diameters used for datum location I use MaxInner and MinOuter as appropriate for the feature.

This has been overlooked by a lot of people when writing a program.
