The software package "QUINDOS Gear" from Leitz Messtechnik has just been certified by Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt PTB (National Institute for Physics and Technology of Germany).

The deviations in any calculation/evaluation of profile, flank, pitch, runout and dimension over balls are certified to be smaller than 0.1µm, compared to the reference values of PTB.
