Ross,
If you DEF (re-define) sensor X it will become a new un-calibrated sensor, and if you want to use it "as defined" (un-calibrated) use the command, SNSLCT/S(X). I believe that you can only access "SHARED RESETS" within the program that they were calibrated and "SAVED RESETS" are global, available to all part programs via the RECALL command.
When I calibrate a sensor I always save it, SAVE/SA(X), and then recall it, RECALL/SA(X), even if it is in the same program that it was calibrated in and then I select it as needed, SNSLCT/SA(X).
It is important to calibrate all the sensors that need to work in congruence with each other, on the same artifact (sphere) at the same time. This is the only way to be sure it all works together.
