Guideline for GR&R on a CMM? None.

If you use fixtures to locate your parts you need to go by the MSA. If you let the CMM measure and pick up your datum features and set up your datum reference frame then you can get by with a 1-1-10 (1 part, 1 op, 10 times or more) and check your repeatability. I have an XL spreadsheet if you like to have it.
