We recently purchased a PH9 Motorised Head System with the TP20's and rack exchange system. We have been having problems getting the Autoexchange to work with out the system crashing on us. We also upgraded the software to GEOMEASURE 6000. It seems that we also burn out the TP20's quickly. Since these are still under warranty, we get them replaced for free.

Is anyone else having problems with the Renishaw PH9 with the TP20's and Autoexchange system?
