Thank you for the billionth time for your help. You were absolutely correct. Our shortcut was from "C:/Lk/Lkdmis32/LKDMIS511.exe" instead of from "C:/Windows/Start Menu/Programs/LK Camio/LK-DMIS". The shortcut works fine now. I will pass this on to my colleagues.
