I was pointed to this forum by a colleague. I can't believe I haven't come across it before!

I am amazed at the wealth of information available and the expert level of the users. The information here has proved very useful, particularly getting me over the hump with DMIS. It is also nice to see participation by the major CMM vendors.

Apparently, any type of open forum will inevitably attract some undesirables, but generally the users seem very knowledgeable and eager to help one other. One user in particular, 'A_B', seems to have some type of hidden agenda. If his intent has been to antagonize the users, he has clearly been unsuccessful. No one seems to have been baited by his insulting tone, as I haven't noticed any responses in kind in the forum.

I look forward to regularly visiting the forum and obtaining help. As I reach the level of expertise of the other users, I hope I can make a contribution to this forum.
