Does this happen with the just the standard force, the medium force, extended force or with all of the modules? We are considering the same change to a Cordax 1808-MZ DCC machine that we currently use both the TP2 and TP6 ttp's on. We also have an LK G-90C that has a TP200 with the SCR200 rack which R O C K S ! The TP200 is what influenced us to consider the TP20. However, we do have the same type issues that you are talking about. While running programs the probe can be some where out in never never land and then, beep "illegal touch" or "probe not armed". This only happens when we are in slow mode. In fast mode when this happens you'll normally find the tip lying on the granite a couple inches from the probe. So, to get to the point, does the problem you have with the TP20 occur the same way ours does with the TP200 or is it completely different? Thanks for your input!
