Unless you guys are carrying eeprom burners with you now, the only compesnation you can change is the squareness, all you have to do is know where to look for it.

Are all of B&S service sites certified or just the factory? It's not the same.

And one more question, this is a microval we're talking about here. One of our better customers has a microval and he was told that for calibration, he'd have to crate it up and send it back to the factory. Do you guys do them in the field now?
