Briefly, we have been able to correct most of the problems, except it stops occasionally. We, and service technicians could not figure out why. So we just go with it.

Our travel speed (fast mode) is not so fast as to cause excessive damage to the stylus or probe. We have not experienced problems crashing into parts or the surface except by programming error or part set up error.
