The proper CMES coding is to construct the circle, save the center location, and submit it to the Advance-Feature Plane-Three command:
SG,7,3\UG,7,3\AF,CI,Z\SP,10
UP,10\AF,P3,1,Y

The previous example is incorrect. It will produce an origin from the best-fit location of the three points.
