At present the command OUTPUT/FA(CR0) does not output any data to the VFORM device.
If the DISPLY command is set to DISPLY/TERM,V(0),STOR,DMIS,V(0) then the DMIS ouput file would contain an FA(CR0) with the actual values.

If you change the DISPLY command to DISPLY/TERM,DMIS,V(0),STOR,DMIS,V(0) then the FA(CR0) output would be displayed on the terminal screen.
