The best thing I have found to do this is using Excel or a spreadsheet software package that can open CSV file clean. Most CMM and hand tool interfaces can export your collected data in a CSV format. The reason for using a spreadsheet is that you can format the report any way you want, and there are about 20 ways to calculate a CPK.
