I have the DMIS 3.0 spec. And looking through the acknowledgements section (at least 100 names) for all the versions of DMIS, Bill Wilcox is nowhere to be found. I'm sure Bill would also like us to believe he invented gravity :). Steve Logee, from ASI is listed however.
