Thank you for your reply. At that moment, I want to know more about how to scan several 2D paths in different plane and collect all such digitizing data in a single file. Then I can further proceed in MasterCam to form a 3D mesh object. I heard about Holo-Ux and have it, but now I just want to fix digitizing problem in KUM function first because of the urgent need.

One more thing I want to know, is it need to re-calibrate the probe as unclamped condition for 3D scanning?
