I did experience a problem with my workcell inside of Silma when implementing the D(MCS)=DATSET/MCS into a program. My workcell has a requal sphere located on the machine with a CS at the center of the sphere. This allows me to start all of my programs from the sphere instead of the MCS which changes on different machines. My recommendation is to comment out this line in your programs, and uncomment the line prior to proofing out an actual part.
