I have used the Reflex system a few times...maybe I can help. The system is very simplified & automatically figures what you measured. I think, if you are working in the xy plane it works rather well (providing you lock the z axis when probing). In the other planes it doesn`t seem to know yz or xz. I think thats the main problem. The option is to setup the part in a different orientation to allow for this. I played with it & got it to give me what I wanted. Hope this helps.
