One more suggestion....some manufacturers (or their distributors) offer on site, site specific training. It comes at a cost, but is usually well worth it. Training programs are quite generic and if all you ever check on your CMM is widgets, then that might be your best bet ! I never rec`d one day of training on all the software I know (not by choice) & struggling is not fun, but it makes you a good operator if you stick it out. This kind of site may help that drastically though !!
