Brown & Sharpe has been around since the mid 1800's ... I'm sure you re searched the company's financial history all the way back to the 1800's to see their history of recovering from financial crisis before making such a bold comment... this is a strong conservative company which revolutionized the measurement industry several times over... at issue is changing times in the financial world... stocks which do not perform at 50% or greater returns have little or no activity... not to mention the day trading vulture trend taking place over the internet... B&S has survived by long term strategy implementation.. if you look at their recent performance they lost $0.63 after taking a $0.68 restructuring charge... WHAT DOES THAT MEAN TO YOU?

I have used B&S equipment for years and overall I am extremely pleased... this company will not only survive Wall Street but will get even stronger once the lean restructuring takes place...

The lights still burn brightly as far as I am concerned...

My advice BUY B&S while you can afford it... assuming you own any stock at all!
